PF Chang’s Chicken Lettuce Wraps

These wraps. Holy moly are they good! First of all, I love PF Changs. Their food is so incredibly delicious. The closest one to us is in Las Vegas, so we don’t get to eat there too often but when we do it’s these babies I order!

I was so blown away at how awesome these turned out. Definitely as good as the real thing! The flavors are just so out-of-this-world yummy. Once the meat mixture was all cooked I couldnt help but eat spoonfuls of it! lol  I am SO happy to have found this recipe and have it turn out so perfectly! Healthy AND delicious food is such a win. We have already made these twice now and I’m looking forward to making them again very soon

This was really tasty and aromatic. We ate these al fresco on a rare sunny and warm day in England! I will definitely make these again in the future.Very simple to make and delicious! The next time I make this I will leave the water chestnuts out though. They were good, but do not ultimately add much to the dish.

Made this for my lunch for work this week. Easy to make but a little expensive buying the sauces for the first try. I used 1/4 tsp ground ginger instead of fresh. I used less sriracha than suggested and probably will use even less next time since I have stomach issues and can’t handle anything spicy. But it was still really good. I can’t wait until lunch time tomorrow!

  1. 1 teaspoon olive oil
  2. 1 pound ground chicken
  3. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  4. 1 small white onion, diced
  5. 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  6. 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  7. 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  8. 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  9. 1 teaspoon Sriracha
  10. 1 (8-ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  11. 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  12. Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  13. 1 head butter lettuce
