These were perfectly simple and tasty. Combined the buffalo sauce with some greek yogurt as a dipping sauce instead of tossing them. Used leftover chicken for lunch salads.Loved this recipe! Any sauce works if you are not worried about gluten allergies. Cutting up the chicken breast’s into nugget size pieces was what I did and my boyfriend and I LOVED IT!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast Tenders
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 6 oz Buffalo Sauce(pre-made)
  • salt/pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Season chicken tenders with salt and pepper. Season the almond flour generously with salt and pepper.
