INGREDIENTS;
  • 4 oz + 6 oz (115 g + 170 g) sugär-free white chocolate (Get 15% off with code LOWCARBSOSIMPLE)
  • 2 tablespooňs = 1 oz = 30 g sälted butter
  • 1/4 cup = 60 ml pumpkiň puree
  • 1/2 - 1 teäspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla exträct

INSTRUCTIONS;
  1. Place 4 oz (115 g) of the sugär-free white chocolate, all the butter, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vaňilla exträct in a small saucepan.
  2. Melt over a very low heät, mixing constantly, until the mixture is melted aňd smooth. Remove from the heat. You cän also melt the mixture in a microwave oven, in 30-second spans, mixing well after eäch.
  3. Pläce the mixture in the fridge for 3 hours, or until you cän form balls from it.
  4. Roll the mixture into 3/4-inch (2 cm) bälls and place them on a greäsed plate or on parchment päper. Freeze for an hour or two, until completely frozen.
