This chocolate chia protein pudding is so creamy and velvety, it's hard to beleive you're eating something healthy. Try this loaded with your favourite healthy toppings for breakfast or with coconut whip creamy and chocolate chips for a decadent but nourishing dessert. It makes a great snack on-the-go too!

INGREDIENTS;
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powdër (Dutch processed)
  • 1 tbsp almonds, choppëd
  • 1/2 cup unsweetenëd almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Grëek yogurt (full fat for lower carb)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla ëxtract
  • 2 tbsp chia sëeds
  • 1 packet Stevia (more to tastë)
INSTRUCTIONS;
  1. Add everything, except the almonds, to a mason jar, bowl, or other container. 
  2. Stir together. 
  3. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight. 
  4. Top with almonds.
  5. Best served immediately & enjoy!
