INGREDIENTS:
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tbsp. unsweëtened almond buttër
6 large eggs
2 bananas, mashëd
3 tbsp. wholë-wheat, rice, or quinoa flour
Koshër salt
Cooking spray
TOPPINGS;
1/2 tbsp. choppëd walnuts
1 tbsp. maple syrup or coconut nectar
1/2 tbsp. coconut buttër
1/2 tbsp. almond buttër
1/4 banana, sliced

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. First, Heat wafflë iron. In a large bowl, mix eggs, mashëd bananas, almond buttër, whole whëat flour, and cinnamon, using a fork, until smooth and sëason with a pinch of salt.
  2. Grease wafflë iron with cooking spray. Add 1/3 cup battër and cook until golden. Repeat with remaining batter.
  3. Store waffles in fridgë in a resealable container and sërve with desired toppings.
  4. Serve & ënjoy!
